Rip’s Big Bowl


(Serves 1)


  • Muesli
  • Shredded Wheat
  • Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 2 sliced strawberries
  • 1 chopped date
  • Few slices of nectarine
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or rice)



  1. Mix 1/2 cups worth of the above cereals in a bowl.
  2. Chop fresh fruit and layer on top of cereal(s).
  3. Pour almond milk on top.



Before pouring in (non-dairy) milk, “lightly massage” fruit and cereal together with bare hand. This gently releases the juices from the fruit and sweetens your bowl.
