Banana, Nectarine, Vega One Smoothie

 

(Serves 2)

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 bananas
  • 2 nectarines
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats (or granola)
  • 1-2 scoops Vega One (french vanilla)
  • 1 cup almond milk, rice milk, or water
  • 1/2 cup ice

 

Preparation:

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender.

 

 Tip:

You can also try freezing bananas and remove ice from recipe.
