Class Schedule

TRX Suspension Training: Uses all muscles and specifically challenges the stabilizing muscles in the body. TRX utilizes gravity and bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. This unheated class may contain mobility, cardio and strength drills to complement the TRX experience.

• Powertrain Yoga - Mon 11:30am & 4:30pm / Tues 12:15pm / Wed 7pm / Thurs 12:15pm / Fri 11:30am

• Fit Republic – Tues/Thurs 6:45pm & Sat 9:45am

• Montelucia Resort – Tues/Thurs/Sat 7:30am

Vinyasa Yoga Flow: Warm Vinyasa yoga incorporates series of poses that are smoothly synchronized with breath and movement. This class may include inversions and arm-balances. Suitable for students of every level, this class is designed to increase your flexibility, focus, and strength. Taught in a comfortably heated room.

Battle Ropes: This is a High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT) class. It combines elements of velocity training with cardiovascular exercise to create POWER. Your muscles get a workout at the same time as your heart and lungs. Quick calorie expenditure plus using the body’s natural range of motion makes this a VERY efficient workout.
